Open Call for Companies from Bielsko-Biała

Developing soft skills doesn’t have to mean another training session in a conference room. It can be a hands-on experience that actively engages your team, encourages real-time decision-making, and leaves a lasting impact on your company’s space.
 

We invite companies from Bielsko-Biała to take part in an open call for free, two-day mural workshops delivered as part of the x-Inno Radar project.
The workshops are designed for teams of 10 to 20 participants and take the form of a facilitated collaborative process, culminating in the joint creation of a mural. Throughout the process, participants strengthen communication and teamwork, practice decision-making, build shared responsibility for results, and step outside their everyday professional roles.
 

The outcome is a mural created by employees as a permanent element of the company’s space, along with practical insights that can be transferred into daily collaboration.

Participation: Free of charge
Application deadline: March 15, 2026

The workshops will be delivered in the company that best demonstrates both the need for participation and the organizational capacity to host the project.
