Workshops on non-registered business activity and setting up business for Creators

On 19 February 2026, the second workshop of the “From Passion to Business” series took place at the Regional Development Agency in Bielsko-Biała.

This session was led by Magdalena Jasiewicz and focused on non-registered business activity and setting up a business.

We discussed:

legal aspects of running a small business

accounting obligations

formal requirements when starting a business

key differences between non-registered activity and registered business activity

It was a highly practical and informative meeting. There were many questions and engaging discussions, showing how important it is for participants to understand the legal and financial foundations of running their own business.
